Sufferfest was born out of the needs of athletes. We're committed to making delicious beer for those who want to earn it. We want a great tasting beer after a good sweat, but don't want to subject our bodies to inflammatory substances like gluten, nor do we want a watered-down beer after we've earned it! Our potassium-rich barley, plus our natural levels of sodium, magnesium, calcium, and fiber, make Sufferfest the thirst-quenching, probiotic-friendly and gluten-removed beer of choice for athletes.
The fine print: Sufferfest beer is fermented from grains containing gluten and crafted to remove gluten. Our finished beer is analyzed in a lab that uses best-in-industry R5- Gliadin ELISA assay and registers at the lowest detection limit possible. Each of our brews are batch tested at under 5 parts per million gluten.

The Taper was developed for a rest day, but pairs well with our favorite activities. This IPA sports a classic blend of citrus and floral notes with hints of resin and pine. It's bitterness and hop aroma are balanced by a bright, clean finish for excellent drinkability.
